NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or spending Zapp in the trouvé app is not required to enter or win. Creating and maintaining a free trouvé user account is required to enter (see Section 3). Void where prohibited. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who meet eligibility requirements below.
1. Sponsor and administrator
Sponsor: Trouve Technologies, Inc.. Administrator: Trouve Technologies, Inc.. Promotion name: Spring 2026 Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”).
[Counsel: confirm legal entity names, addresses, and contact for winner inquiries.]
2. Promotion period
The Promotion begins and ends on the dates listed in these Official Rules: April 30, 2026 – August 31, 2026 (Mountain Time). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Open to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry, who maintain a free, registered, and active trouvé user account in good standing at the time of entry and winner verification, and who are not excluded below. Void where prohibited by law.
Account requirement. Entry is limited to persons who have created a free trouvé account (sign-up and sign-in are free of charge; no purchase is required). The email address used to enter must match the email address associated with the entrant's registered trouvé account. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, verify account existence and ownership before awarding any prize. Entries that do not correspond to a valid trouvé account, or that are submitted by bots, scripts, automated means, or fictitious identities, are void.
Not eligible:
- Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of each
- Any person who does not maintain a free trouvé user account as described above
- Any person otherwise restricted under applicable law or these Rules
[Counsel: add any additional exclusions, state restrictions, or Quebec/territory exclusions as needed.]
4. How to enter
There are two (2) ways to enter this Promotion during the Promotion period. You may use either or both methods, subject to entry limits in Section 5. All entries have equal chance of winning; method of entry will not affect odds except as stated in entry limits. Regardless of method, you must maintain a free trouvé user account as set forth in Section 3.
A. Alternate method of entry (AMOE): free web entry
Create a free trouvé account (if you do not already have one), then visit https://www.trouveapp.com/sweepstakes and complete the free entry form with your full legal name, the email address associated with your free trouvé account, mailing address, date of birth, and required certifications (including certification that you maintain a free trouvé account). Internet access required. Limit 1 AMOE submission per person per calendar day (Mountain Time) unless otherwise stated in-app or updated in these Rules.
Entry value. Each valid, complete AMOE free web form submission that complies with these Official Rules constitutes exactly one (1) entry into the Promotion (equal to 1 entry as configured for this campaign). Incomplete, duplicate, late, or non-compliant submissions do not constitute an entry.
Equal dignity. Each valid AMOE entry has the same chance of winning as each valid in-app entry, subject to the limits in Section 5. Zapp cannot be purchased with money; spending Zapp is not a purchase for purposes of these Rules.
B. Mobile app method (Zapp)
Eligible users with a free trouvé account may enter via the trouvé mobile app by spending Zapp on sweepstakes entries in the Loot tab, as described in-app. Zapp may be earned without purchase through drops, daily rewards, and other in-app mechanics; Zapp cannot be purchased with money. App entries are subject to the same per-person limits as AMOE entries where stated in the app or these Rules. Each valid in-app entry has equal dignity with one (1) valid AMOE entry for purposes of the random drawing, subject to the limits in Section 5.
[Counsel: align exact Zapp cost per entry, daily limits, and “equal dignity” language with product.]
5. Entry limits; records; fraud and automated entries
Unless otherwise specified in the app or updated in these Rules, each entrant is limited to 1 AMOE web submission per person per calendar day in Mountain Time (each valid submission equaling 1 entry) and equivalent limits on app entries per person per calendar day. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or mechanically reproduced entries may be disqualified.
Sponsor may maintain durable records of AMOE submissions (including entry reference identifiers, account email, and submission timestamps) for administration, limit enforcement, and winner verification. A confirmation email or on-screen receipt alone does not guarantee that an entry is eligible or that a prize will be awarded.
Use of any automated system, bot, script, macro, or robotic or programmed method to enter is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification of all related entries and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, voiding of the associated trouvé account's eligibility for this Promotion. Sponsor uses reasonable measures intended to reduce automated and fraudulent entries; no system can eliminate all improper submissions. Sponsor reserves the right to void any entry that Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, was submitted using fraudulent means, false identity, multiple accounts created to evade limits, or in violation of these Official Rules.
6. Prizes and approximate retail value (ARV)
[Counsel: list each prize, quantity, ARV, and total ARV of all prizes. Example placeholder below.]
- Grand prize: [description] — ARV $[amount] — Quantity: [n]
- Secondary prizes: [description] — ARV $[amount] each
Prizes are non-transferable except where required by law. No cash alternative unless required. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater ARV.
7. Winner selection and odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion period. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawing date: [Counsel: insert date].
8. Winner notification and verification
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry (which must correspond to a free trouvé account). Before awarding any prize, Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete verification steps, which may include some or all of the following:
- Confirmation that a free trouvé account exists under the email used for entry and is in good standing
- Confirmation of account ownership (for example, sign-in or other proof reasonably requested by Sponsor)
- Matching the entry reference (if any) to Sponsor's durable entry records
- Signed affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release
- Tax documentation where required by law
Required materials must be returned within [Counsel: number] days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Failure to complete account or eligibility verification may result in disqualification.
9. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 (or equivalent) for prizes at or above applicable reporting thresholds.
10. Publicity
[Counsel: publicity release where permitted by law; opt-out provisions if required.]
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize may constitute consent for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. General conditions and release
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; or inability to create or access a free trouvé account due to device, network, or app-store conditions outside Sponsor's reasonable control. You release Sponsor and related parties from liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of prizes, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
12. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Promotion is subject to the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law; disputes; void where prohibited
[Counsel: governing law, venue, arbitration/class waiver if any.]
This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. For a copy of winners (available after [date]), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to [Counsel: address] or email [Counsel: email] with subject “Spring 2026 Sweepstakes Winners.”
14. State registration (NY, FL, RI)
[Counsel: If aggregate ARV of prizes exceeds applicable thresholds, include required NY/FL/RI registration and bonding disclosures.]
Promotion ends August 31, 2026. Free AMOE entry: https://www.trouveapp.com/sweepstakes. Free trouvé account required (no purchase necessary). Official Rules version 1.2.
