Our commitment

Cedarlume, LLC operates Trouvé: Local Discovery & Rewards App (“the App”). We are committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Prohibited conduct and content

The following are strictly prohibited in connection with the App or our services:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)—any visual, audio, written, or other content that sexually exploits or depicts children
  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)—any conduct that facilitates, solicits, or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children, including grooming, trafficking, or endangerment
  • Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or distributing any content that exploits or endangers children

Trouvé: Local Discovery & Rewards App does not include direct messaging or social features between users. Any use of the App, your profile, support communications, or other channels we provide must still comply with this policy.

Enforcement

Violations of these standards result in immediate action, including permanent ban from Trouvé: Local Discovery & Rewards App and termination of access to related services, without notice where permitted by law.

We will cooperate with law enforcement and, where applicable, report apparent CSAM or CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities, as required or permitted by law.

How to report child safety concerns

Changes

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after updates means you acknowledge the revised standards where applicable.
